FearFest Rival- Scary Good Times!

Teams from Listowel and Madill competed for the first time for FearFest Rival honours

After narrowly losing the "flip cup" and "clothespin" challenges the Madill Student's Council emerged victorious in the group "heart relay" to become the FearFest champions!

We salute the Listowel team and wish them better luck next year- they will need it!

Shorties' Diner Serves Up A Hit!

Sleepless

Deep questions keep these two from sleeping.

The Drama Guild presents its collection of short plays called "Shorties Diner" tonight, tomorrow and Thursday evening at 7:30 PM in the drama room. Tickets are $7 at the door or $5 with a student card.

Table Talk

"Guy talk" is on the table for this short play.

Plan to stop by "Shorties Diner" for a late night sampling of drama. You won't be disappointed by the fare that is served!

MONDAY, OCTOBER 29/ 07

Pumpkin carving at lunchtime in the cafeteria- no cost but you must have your student card.
Drama production of "Shorties Diner"- starts at 7:30 PM in the drama room- tickets $7 or $5 with student card.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 30/ 07

FEARFEST RIVAL - starts at 11:00 and involves a student council team from Madill and Listowel DSS. Teams will go through a series of gruesome, gory, fun to watch events. Students with a student card will be dismissed at 11:00 to go to gym 228 to watch. Once Fear-fest has started, no students will be allowed to leave (except for emergencies) until 11:30.

FEARFEST PRELIMINARIES - starts at 11:45 in the small gym. Only students with student cards can participate or watch.

Art and photography meeting at lunchtime. Those who wish to join the student co-operative art gallery that will open in downtown Wingham for the month of December are invited to attend.

Boys' volleyball to CHSS- dismissed at 1:15 PM.

Algoma University, Brock University and Cambrian College visits- sign up in the guidance office.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31/ 07

FEARFEST FINALS - starts at 11:45 in the small gym.

Junior girls' basketball hosts St. Anne's- dismissed at 2:30 PM.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1/ 07
