NYN-Fest 2007

NYN Fest Friends

NYN-Fest brings friends together

A morning of rain did not dampen the spirits of the student's council or the grade 9's that participate in the annual NYN-Fest activities.

Teams competed during the morning in a effort to make connections and to have fun!

So "Now You're a Niner" what does it mean to be a part of Madill? Lot's of fun!

Bridge Building Time

Bulding bridges also builds team skills

This year's grade 9 students were assigned to groups that spent the morning moving to diffent locations around the school and working as teams to compete in various activities organized by student's council.

Despite the rain a few events were held outside!

Each grade 9 received their own NYN-Fest T-shirt as well as a free lunch.

Monograph Turns 100,000

Numbers

The Madill Monograph officially logged its 100,000th page view today! Averaging between 500 and 600 views each day the Monograph continues to bring to light the events and activities that reflect the Madill experience.

What wil the next 100,000 page views reveal?

Art and photography meeting at lunchtime- bring your photos and your camera.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26/ 07

Junior and Senior boys 7's rugby tournament in Markham- all day.
Boys' volleyball at St. Mary's- dismissed at 12:15 PM.
Junior and senior girls' basketball at South Huron- bus departs at 12:55 PM game time 2:30 PM.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27/ 07

Cross country team to Springbank Park in London- bus departs at 10:30 AM.
Art and photography meeting at lunchtime- bring your camera.
Boys' volleyball at Madill - dismissed at 2:00 PM.
School dance- 8:00-11:00 PM in the big gym.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 28/ 07

Science 2D trip to Wawanosh Nature Centre- all day.
